Slobberfest 2008

Since Stollie didn't get along with the cats, we put him in another foster home and got Elliott. He is a rescue from the Franklin County Humane Society and he is an Olde English Bulldogge. I call him "Idiot." I mean it in the nicest way though.. ;) He also goes by "Lunkhead."

Welcome, Stollie!

This is Stollie - our newest foster dog. He is very skinny (only 60 lbs) and is very scared (especially of men), so we will be working with him a lot. Everyone is getting along quite well! :)

Penny was adopted last weekend, so we now have another foster, Harley. He looks black, but he is actually what they call "seal" colored (he looks black and then he looks brown). He is very, very sweet and is very, very smart! :)

(P.S. - If you need to have pictures taken, check out www.lynnterry.com - she does AWESOME work and is great with animals - she also takes pictures of humans though too!)

I realized that I hadn't posted any recent pictures of Chloe, the Queen Dog of the Schmidt household, so here are some of her!

Chloe's new bad habit she learned from one of the fosters..chewing on sticks that she pulled off of one of the bushes..notice the dirty coat....she was digging before she found the stick....yet another bad habit she learned from a foster!

Rain...plus digging...plus white dog...equals A MESS! She wanted in because it was raining and she does NOT like standing in the rain...

Chloe...tired of all of the fireworks going off....

So sleepy...
