We are officially foster parents......

Jeff and I recently became foster parents for Mutts-N-Stuff, a rescue group dedicated to providing temporary and then forever homes for dogs (and cats) who are near being put to sleep at their local animal shelter. We mostly rescue Pit Bull terriors, but also rescue others that may need it. Jeff and I got our first foster dog, Dexter (Bobby McGee) on our one year wedding anniversary, March 24, 2008. Almost a month later, we took in his sister, Penelope. They have both come a long way (Dexter has doubled is weight - he was VERY skinny and VERY shy when we first got him).
