Apparently, "we've" decided to redo the bathroom. Jeff has started taking down the plaster and has 2 walls completed. We have no plan for how it is to look once completed ("we" didn't really talk about this before "we" got started on it).

Wall - notice where the tub used to sit (and the lack of insulation - no wonder it was so cold in there during the winter!!).

Other wall. Toilet is still functional (for now).

Pretty wallpaper we found hiding underneath the pretty green tile (which I did like, but is now 1/2 gone in the trash).

We now know why our windows don't stay up. They use a weight/pulley system (broken, no less). You can see the rope that used it on the left hand side of the window (also notice the broken window - it wasn't broken when we started).

The actually weights. I thought they were kind of neat looking...

Tiny green tiles that I had hoped would be underneath the white tile so that I could use them for something creative...Only 1 way to find out if they are actually under the white tiles.....

No green tiles...just white tiles glued on top of some green laminate glued to what seems like a million layers of what looks like cardboard and then pretty wooden floors (well, not so pretty right now). I did this myself!

Original wood floors.
We will keep working on it and I'll be sure to post some pictures. Hopefully it will be nice when it's all completed...not sure when that will be though!

Well, I think you're gonna like it much better if and when its finished although I wish you could have saved the green tile.
